These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Garden Ledger (the "Service"), operated by driek studio, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

The Service is available worldwide in countries supported by Stripe.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Garden Ledger is a web application that enables small farms and similar users to manage products, customers, delivery schedules, sales, costs, and operational data.

Paid features include:

• One time upgrades
• AI subscription features

3. Accounts

You must create an account using your email.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your email secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account

Authentication is passwordless via email one time passcodes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service

You are responsible for all data you input.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all data entered into the Service.

You grant driek studio a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

6. AI Features

AI functionality is optional and only available with an active subscription.

AI features are powered by Google Gemini.

By using AI features:

• You consent to relevant input being sent to the AI provider
• You acknowledge results may be incorrect or incomplete
• You remain responsible for verifying outputs

7. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe.

7.1 Pricing

• Prices are shown before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

7.2 Refunds

Digital purchases are generally non refundable unless required by EU law.

By purchasing, you may waive your right of withdrawal where applicable.

7.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Billing accuracy
• Managing your subscription

8. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• driek studio is not liable for indirect damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required for legal or security reasons

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
